Make it fun

Creating meaningful connections is one of the main reasons to gather. We make connecting fun. Here we transformed a hotel into a circus for the YouTube Contributors Summit Welcome Party.


After more than a decade in business, we have settled into doing a few big corporate tech conferences a year (the multi-day, multi venue international ones mentioned above) along with a bunch of masterfully branded media launch events each year for top-tier brands like Dove, essie, Rachel Zoe, Dasani, Adobe and Mary Kay. For the launch events we work seamlessly with the top PR agencies on both coasts to provide beautifully immersive branded experiences. People like working with us, so we also do corporate celebrations like Holiday Parties, milestones and pop-up shops.

We understand that the event must live beyond the three hours guests are actually there, and the only way for that to happen is to create activations and installations that they can’t help but take a photo with and tell their colleague about. Buzzing along several years after starting the company in January 2010, our team and our offerings have expanded, but we remain a boutique company and only take on a limited number of events to ensure a high-touch service and very happy clients.  Experts in quick event lead times, we can calmly organize a last minute events without sacrificing good design. We have offices in San Diego and New York City to directly service Southern California and the Tri-state area, and we have a deep knowledge of San Francisco and Silicon Valley venues and vendors thanks to many years of conferences up there. Our bicoastal office set-up makes us the perfect choice for events with the client on one coast and the event on the other.

We are happy to travel for events, and previously we’ve done corporate events for our NYC based clients in Boston, Washington D.C., Toronto, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Dallas and Seattle, along with our home base of New York City, Los Angeles and San Diego.
