You should actually enjoy your wedding day                     as a guest.  Really.  We can help.

We offer two different types of packages for day-of help:

Day-of Event Styling

This package is perfect for the couple who has made a lot of the decor themselves and now finds themselves with no one to set it up.  This is for the client for whom the decor is the biggest concern and needs a dedicated team to set it up.

On the day:

- Setting up and finessing pre-made centerpieces and decorative accents on each table
- Creating a sample place setting for the caterer to follow for each table
- Final check and adjustments after caterer has completed setting tables
- Adding in any special items to each place setting like favors, menus, place cards, etc.
- Ensuring that the room layout is as discussed and anticipated by the couple, troubleshooting and redirecting if changes are required
- Styling escort card display
- Styling additional tables like a welcome table, favor, guest book and cake table displays
- Ceremony décor as desired
- Bar and cocktail hour décor set-up
- General decorative item set-up including candles, lanterns, objects, fabric, flowers, or strung pictures.

Before the wedding:
- Site visit
- Meeting with couple one month before the wedding to understand overall vision and final placement of all desired items and confirm final amount of assistants required to execute set-up
- Trouble shooting any DIY decor made by the client leading up to the wedding
- Confirming with venue, caterer and florist to ensure that all design details are clearly understood by all parties                           - Referrals to vendors as needed

{pricing starts at $1800 and varies depending on location, any additional assistants required, and total hours required for set-up}

{pricing starts at $3500 and varies depending on location, any additional assistants required, and total hours required for the event

"The one thing I simply must point out is that when Christina realized some of the logistics were a bit more complex than she had originally anticipated, she brought in an additional assistant beyond what we had contracted for out of her own pocket in order to assure that the wedding went off without a hitch. You don't get that kind of commitment to the job and selflessness with most event planners!! Can't recommend her and RPS highly enough!"

        - Helena Wolin, Wedding Client

"As my husband said after our wedding, if Ara had not been there, I probably would have been so worried about what the venue looked like that I might not have been able to let go and enjoy the day. I think at first he wasn't sure why I needed an on site designer. Now he knows that it made me more relaxed, and that is exactly what he wanted too."
